Help Me Through - Healing Crystal Pack
One of the most difficult times in our lives is when we are struggling with grief, be it through the loss of a loved one or pet, or the feelings that come from bad news, or even just being away from loved ones and not able to have day to day contact.
With this in mind we have created the Help Me Through Healing Crystal Pack to help you through those hard times. These crystals have been personally selected as they have helped us through moments in our own lives, where we felt we needed extra support.
This pack includes:
- 2 x Apache Tears Polished Tumblestone
- 1 x Rose Quartz Polished Tumblestone
- 1 x Moonstone Polished Tumblestone
- 1 x Lepidolite Polished Tumblestones
It also comes with a printed guide explaining the various properties of the crystals and how they can help get you through difficult times
Apache Tears are included as throughout history, these stones have helped people through the grieving process by helping prevent further drain and damage from your aura. These tears when held to the light are translucent and are said to reveal the tears of the Apache women, which were embedded in these stones as they mourned the death of their Apache Warriors. Looking through these stones helps to release those tears
Rose Quartz is included as it is such a lovely crystal for relieving the feelings of grief, guilt, and trauma. This crystal works in such a gentle and supportive way to reduce the feelings of sadness, loneliness or blame that may be being felt
Moonstone is included as it can help sooth the emotions and make sense of them better. Moonstone is a stone of joy that will balance the emotional body and allow one to let go safely. Also a stone of optimism, it can work wonders when coping with loss or separation
And finally Lepidolite is included, as it is a stone of transition, helping you go through the period of change and helps you reduce the feelings of anger, sadness and anxiety that you may be feeling
These crystals come in a beautiful organza bag so you can carry them with you in a purse or a pocket
